Cardiff International Athletic Club are looking to recruit players for their First XV rugby team. Originally founded in Tiger Bay the 'International' in our name refers to the fantastic diversity of the community in which we were founded and continue as part of today - Don't worry, if you were expecting International standard rugby you might be a little disappointed/relieved!

Any men of any ability aged 17 and over are welcome to join us for training down at The Marl, Jim Driscoll Way, Grangetown, Cardiff on Tuesday nights from 6:30pm until 8:00pm.

If you're new to the area, perhaps someone looking to get back into the game after time away, a complete newcomer, looking to get fit or maybe just looking for a good social scene then come along!
