YO! Sushi, the UK’s leading conveyor belt restaurant, openied our first store in London in 1997, and we now operate 54 restaurants in 5 countries. Based on the concept of a Japanese ‘Kaiten’ sushi bar, we offer a quality, fast and fun dining experience for all age groups. Due to our continuing success we’re expanding our operations and have vacancies for Waiting Staff at our restaurant in Cardiff.

The Role

Waiting Staff will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for maintaining YO! Sushi’s standards of operation in the areas of:

• Food Quality - ensure all food is prepared to brand specification in presentation and recipe.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance – ensure that the condition of workstations and the restaurant floor meet our high standards.
• Atmosphere - using your outgoing character you will help create a fun and funky atmosphere.

The Person

To apply for this role you must be able to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment and must have the following:

• Proven customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Be able to work effectively under pressure.
• Must have permission to work within the United Kingdom.
