Cardiff Athletic Ladies will be taking on Penarth 2nd's to launch the South Wales Ladies Hockey League on Friday the 25th of September at 8 p.m. at the Welsh Institute of Sport, Sophia Gardens, Cathedral Road.

This is the first time a laugue match is being played on a Friday evening and will hopefully, encourage more spectators to attend. There will be a number of stalls, spectator activities and a festival atmosphere.

Gates open at 7.30 p.m. with social drinks in the Beverely Pub afterwards.

Cardiff Athletic Ladies would love you to come along to support them wearing blue and black.

If you do fancy playing hockey and are looking for a team to join then Cardiff Athletic may be the club for you. We train every Thursday at the Welsh Institute of Sport from 6.30 - 8.00 p.m. All abilities are welcome.
