Have you ever wondered what your baby would say if they could talk? Now you can find out with TinyTalk baby signing!

Using simple gestures and signs, babies as young as 6 months can tell you that they want to eat or that they have seen a bird! As well as offering you a wonderful and fascinating insight into your baby's world, baby signing can help to reduce frustration by taking the guess work out of what your baby wants or needs - hungry? thirsty? soggy nappy? It needn't be a process of elimination any more!

My baby signing and singing classes will teach you everything you need to know about how to sign with your baby in a fun and relaxed session that your baby will love. We sing traditional nursery rhymes and action songs, incorporating the (British Sign Language) signs into the songs as actions that babies can also join in with. The 30 minute singing and signing classes are bought to life with props, instruments and books; and followed by 1/2 hour of social time with refreshments for the grown-ups and the big toy box for the babies. This also provides a great opportunity for you to meet and get to know the other mums and dads there.

Weekly classes are held in Maes-y-Coed Community Centre (CF14), Morganstown Village Hall (CF15) and Canton Community Centre (CF11). I am now taking reservations for all venues for the new term in September, when I will also be adding a new class in Llandaff.

Classes are suitable for babies from birth to about 2 years old and older siblings are welcome to come along with their baby brothers and sisters. Price is per family, not per child - you won't be charged double for bringing twins! I offer flexible drop-in "pay-as-you-go" sessions, as well as a pre-book option that guarantees your place.
