The house is a lovely area just around the corner from Victoria Park and is within walking distance of the shops, pubs and restaurants on Cowbridge Road and Pontcanna. There are excellent bus links into town and plenty of free on-street parking and no permit is required.

We are two male professionals, who are laid back, but respectful and tidy. We lead busy independent lives, but enjoy sharing a house meal with a few bottles of wine occasionally.

You would be a professional who is looking for a room. Male or female, we don't mind but you must be easy going and tidy. No nutters need apply.
