Please note:
1.Thease plugs are made in a clean safe environment are cooked and soaked in a saline soloution before they are sent.

2.I will only exept a check and the item will only be sent after I have receaved your payment.

3.You must leave time for the item to be made.

4.Please be aware while the item should be of the corecct size but if it is more than 2mm over or under mesured and is sent back with the order conformation i will send you a replacement free of charge-however no cash replacement is available and it will be of the same style.

5.I will email an invoice and order conformaition once i have receaved your order.

6.I will also send you a email once the item has been sent.

7.As long as the item(s) can fit into one envolope there will be only one postage charge however if it requires a larger package the postage charge will increace.

8.You have 1 week (2 over the holiday period) too email me with a complaint or problem before I cash the check If I receave a complaint and you send the item(s) with the order conformaition I will send you a replacement (no postage charges) back to you then wait a further week before cashing the check -OR- if you send the item back with the order conformation I will send you back your check.

9.If it will take more than 3 days to make the item(s) (such as a materiel shortage,holiday or such you will be informed.
