I'm a university student and I'm looking for a 1 bed furnished studio from September 2008 till June 2009 with bathroom and kitchen enclosed around city centre. Willing to pay around 300 pounds per month.

I'm not interested in share flat, bathroom or kitchen with anyone. Since I'm quite clean and I'm fed up of dirty people.
I'm able to sign the contract and give a deposit now, if required.
