I am currently looking to rent a place in Prospect place, however me and my boyfriend have 2 cars, so are looking to rent a car park space off somebody. We will be renting from August. We havent really thought about pricing so we will just see what we are offered but 40pcm to me seems reasonable, but it is negotiable.
