The selected candidate will be responsible for selling IT Career Skills training and services into a defined geographic territory. Although identifying and developing prospective clients within territory is paramount, articulating the corporate message and value proposition of the solutions is essential to closing the sale.

You will effectively and independently promote and deliver the Career Solution value proposition, which includes technical presentation. The successful candidate will also demonstrate a basic understanding of the corporate product platforms via email and Internet technologies, etc.

Develop a sustained pipeline of accounts by actively prospecting via cold - calls, marketing lead follow - up, personal relationships, and " friends of executive " introductions. Through these efforts, the selected candidate will be able to CLOSE the contract and ensure that the solution is successfully implemented within the client.

You will have a strong technology background with a good track record of achieving monthly targets and KPI's. You will also have a minimum of one years Sales Management experience, with a proven track record of managing a team and successfully achieving individual and team targets.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of £15,000 and the potential to earn a fantastic OTE of £45.000 On top of this there are added benefits.
