Hi,
I'm looking for somewhere to live while I undertake a postgrad course at Cardiff Uni. I only need a short term let as I will be on a placement after Christmas. I'm friendly and enjoy socialising but as I've lived in shared houses for several years I appreciate the need to be considerate. I'm a non smoker but will share with smokers.
I dont need a double room, although that would be preferable. Roath and Cathays are my prefered areas but I am more than prepared to look elsewhere.
