hey all i have here a..hafod housing 2 bedroomed ground floor flat..with front and back door with large garden..this flat is under a maisonette..the windows are cleaned once a month by hafod ..and the garden is mowed once a week by hafod 2..the living/dinning room is apprx 20ft-12ft..2 large dbl bedrooms..seperate wc/bathroom...average
size kitchen...large cupboard for storage inside flat...and a lockable shed outside building...had new bathroom last yr.laminate flooring hall..kitchen.livingroom..close to shops/doctors/dentist/schools/pubs..bus stops...wud suit elderly cpl wishing to downsize..no climbing stairs..or a small family..neighbours are friendly..and is quiet area
