We are a launching a New Gastro Pub and Boutique Hotel in the heart of Llandaff village just north of Cardiff city centre.

The Malsters will be a busy yet relaxed atmosphere, catering for a wide range of customers from local residents to holiday makers, from nearby businesses to people making a special journey from all over Cardiff and beyond

We will be catering for a wide range of occasions from business breakfasts to lazy lunches, from coffee mornings to post-work drinks, from relaxing dinners to drinks with friends with a regularly changing food menu with a strong selection of daily specials.

We are all about great quality honest, fresh, simple food!

We also have contemporary, individually styled hotel bedrooms adjoining the pub.

Our business will be built on delivering excellent customer service, driven by a strong manager with a passion for delighting customers which extends to every member of the team

You will have Chef /cook experience along with a real passion for great food and presentation.

Ideally you will have Gastro Restaurant, Fine Dining Experience, maybe with some exposure to hotels but most of all we are looking for Passion, Enthusiasm and Character.
