We are a professional post graduate couple in our mid-20's.

Payment will include;

- Family bathroom to share with power shower
- Seperate toilet downstairs
- Very close to bus stop - straight to city centre every 10-15 mins
- 10 mins from M4
- Sky television in living room
- Street parking available
- Garage space for storage

The room is a small double but comfortably fits a large wardrobe, chest and bedside table with underbed storage, shelves and a trunk at the foot of the bed.

As we are a couple we are looking to share with another couple or a single. In the past singles who like thier own space and privicy have enjoyed staying with us, or who already have their own scoial network in Cardiff so are not really relying on housemates for that.

We are a friendly couple who enjoy catching up with who we share with and like a BBQ in the summer, watching TV together etc (if they want to)but we also have our own commitments and social lives.

This is our home and while we encourage people to come and go as they please and make themselves comfortable we expect our belongings to be respected and additional last minute guests are not welcome ;o)
