Chef de Partie required for an award winning fine food gastro pub in Mid Wales. The food is locally sourced and makes up a menu that could be described as the best of modern british, european and world influenced fine dining, set in a relaxed setting with a focus on excellent service.

We are looking for reliable , food passionate, applicants with a proven background in multi rosette standard kitchens. The role offers excellent opportunity for progression and creativity within a very well looked after and appreciated staff team. Excellent salary to£19k with accommodation available. Ref 1047
