i have a 2 bedroom house just off sanquhar street at the city centre end of splott, just 10-15 mins walk to centre of town/ cardiff bay/ university.

lovely quiet house, modern decor, fully furnished with new furniture (double beds, leather sofas etc), fab kitchen, wireless broadband, digital tv.

I am the owner and will be moving out (i'm going abroad from august) so to share with my friend jen, a 27 year old female professional working in the university who's tidy, laid back, friendly and fun

ideally looking for female professional to share.

rent wil be around £290 a month (plus bills) but may be slightly negotiable. available from 1st august, possibly earlier if needed. not looking for short term let, ideally someone for a year or more.

it really is a lovely house and well worth a look!
