Kitchen Manager Opportunity - Ember Inns
The Old Cottage, Lisvane Cardiff
The Old Cottage is part of the Ember brand located in the Lisvane area of Cardiff. Surrounded by houses on one side and a country park on the other the Cottage has an ideal setting. We have a large garden which provides external dining and we are currently doing around 800 meals with a huge scope to increase this with the right team in place.
The successful Kitchen Manager should have experience working from a branded menu and would suit a first time position i.e team leader or some one looking for a fresh challenge.
Responsibilities will include stock management, due diligence and training.

Key Attributes Kitchen Manager
Ability to produce quality dishes from a branded menu and manage a busy kitchen.
Passion, integrity and a love of working with people.
Our Kitchen Managers understand that leadership, communication, training and guidance are integral to their success.
You will have had previous experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager but we will also look at candidates looking to make their first appointment after successfully leading a team in a previous role.
But above all, the key assets for a Kitchen Manager in Ember Inns, is a passion for excellent standards and a team player.
