Graduate Trainee
A truly exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate to join a successful and rapidly growing business based on the outskirts of Caerphilly. The firm is a family-run business, which specialises in product distribution, and they are looking to take on an enthusiastic and ambitious graduate looking to embark on a long and successful career.
To be considered for the role you will need to have graduated with a 2:1 or above in one of the following disciplines;
- Business Management
- Accountancy
- Economics
- IT
Your role as a graduate trainee will involve a wide range of duties and responsibilities including learning all aspects of the business and the industry in which they operate. You will be expected to look into driving company growth through identifying new business opportunities, conducting market and competitor analyses, managing and developing existing customer relationships and initiating new marketing strategies. You will also be expected to get involved in negotiating contracts and rates with potential customers, sales and purchasing.
My client is looking for someone who is confident, outgoing and ambitious. The successful candidate will need to possess a hardworking, dedicated and forward-thinking attitude and be someone who works well on their own initiative without needing constant direction and supervision. You will be highly motivated, committed and passionate about driving business growth and providing first class customer service. You will also need to be able to work well as part of a team and be very IT literate.
There may be opportunities for travel so having your own transport would be highly advantageous.
