Role Criteria

• The Ideal Commis Chef will have the basic knowledge of working within a kitchen environment
• The Ideal Commis Chef will have a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• The ideal Commis Chef will have a the confidence to cook & prepare basic food
• The ideal Commis Chef will have a NVQ Level 1
• The ideal Commis Chef will have a passion for food and be serious about a career within the kitchen
