A long weekend retreat on Sunrise Farm setting in the beautiful countryside of Shannon, Ireland.

Start your day on the farm with yoga and meditation led by experienced yogis. Learn ecological farming and have fresh, organic, vegetarian meals. Enjoy cakes and breads freshly baked on the farm. Wander on the Cliffs of Moher and swim in the Lough Derg. Workshops on spiritual chanting and homeopathy. You will have chance to learn personal meditation techniques from yogic monks and nuns.

For those who are new to yoga and meditation or interested in Ananda Marga yoga practice.
