Hi, I have a good size double room to rent in Victoria Wharf, Cardiff Bay. The room has a large double fitted wardrobe with plenty of storage space, a double bed, TV, 10meg boradband and ample floor space. The large window has a great view looking back towards Mermaid Quay and the City Centre.

The flat has excellent transport links to all of Cardiff. It's a 2 minute walk away from the International Pool, the Ice Rink and a Harvester pub, and about 5 minutes away from Asdas, Morrisons, Aldi, Boots and a Starbucks. Mermaid Quay (where all the bars are) is less than 5 minutes by car. The Bay link road is close by and takes you straight onto the M4 in about 10 minutes which is great if you have to commute out of Cardiff. You can reach the city centre in less than 10 minutes by car. There's a bus stop right outside the development with regular services into town and to Mermaid Quay. There's a few park areas nearby and a waterfront walk which is great for jogging.

I'm 25, male, laid back, clean and sociable. I'm a software developer and I work just outside town. I'm looking for someone easy going, friendly, quiet and clean to rent my spare room. Ideally I'm looking for a short term contract (for a month or two) or even Mon - Fri but I'm open to suggestions so get in touch If you've got different needs. A months rent would be £400 and that includes all bills, council tax, water, maintenance etc. Midweek rent would be negotiable.
