I'm a 27 years old professional. I work as a customer service manager for one of the largest retailers in the UK. I'm looking for a place I could rent for at least 6 to 12 months or even longer. I have got no pets and no DSS. I'm a clean and tidy person.

The 1-bedroom flat or house should be located in or close to Cadoxton or GIBBONSDOWN [Gibby has higher priority], due to the volunteer youth work I'm doing in these areas.

If I say close, I mean walking distance, not close by car as I don't have a car. Thank You!

The place can be furnished, partly furnished or unfurnished. I don't mind. I only rent with a legal rent contract (tenancy agreement) and would love to pay on monthly or 4 weekly basis.

Please no offers with rent over £400 per calender month. If the rent is higher and the house has two bedrooms, please still offer it to me, as I might want to share it with someone I know.
