Looking for 2 new housemates for a house share from July 1st onwards sharing with a medical and a nursing student. Rooms are ok size with small double beds. House has 4 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, good sized kitchen and garden (with BBQ). Good kitchen appliances inc washing machine and tumbledryer. Lounge has good size TV, freeview and DVD player. Wireless internet installed too.

Rent is £220 per calendar month (excluding bills)
