A vacancy has arisen within our client’s busy Parts Department in Bridgend for a Parts Manager. The successful candidate will be computer literate, keen to learn and develop His/Her own knowledge in the parts area, be able to demonstrate an organised and professional approach to work with the prime focus being on providing complete satisfaction to customers both external and internal. Therefore, a track record of accurately identifying customer needs, both face-to-face and via the telephone is essential. An NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 qualification or equivalent in motor mechanics would be a distinct advantage, or a good knowledge of Motor Vehicle and Spares is also desirable, however previous experience in a parts department is essential.
