The Ikea kitchen has dishwasher and large range cooker. There is a garden with bar b que and table and chairs.

There is a bus stop at the end of the road with buses to town every 5mins that take about 7mins to get to town. There is a bus to the bay from the same stop too.

There are 2 parks round the corner, a spa and Tesco metro, pubs and lots of take aways and restaurants within walking distance.

Chapter is less than 10mins walk away and has a bar and cinema and you can walk to Pontcanna too.

The only other expense is gas and electric which work out about £5 each a month, payable once every 3months.

We are a sociable house who enjoy a bottle of wine and chat, but also do our own thing.
