My name's Christina and I have a room available immediately in Cathays. It's a lovely double room in a four bed houseshare, nice and modern and fully furnished. It's also a pretty soundproof room as it has new stud walls etc.

Rent is 240pcm (55.40 a week) and includes water rates. Sharing is currently with two girls and another guy, but from September, two of the other rooms will be free. I'm the landlord, and there are no agency fees or anything, but I do ask for a bond of £200 in case you blow up the kitchen or something equally as inlikely!

The house is fully equipped with wireless broadband etc. and all bills are split 4 ways.
