Hi,
This is an incredibly difficult thing to do. Kind of selling yourself with out sounding smug or pompous and without selling yourself short.
I’m 46 and recently divorced. I have no children. I’m working as a care support worker these days but I want to eventually get back into teaching which is where my professional qualifications lay.
I’m a very down to earth guy. I’m not gorgeous or loaded with money. I think I’m just an ordinary, decent bloke who's had a long run of bad luck lately.

I'm quite artistic and creative – but not musical. I'm good at DIY and I have a wide range of interests.

I’m honest, caring and compassionate. I believe that generosity of sprit brings its own rewards and kindness is always repaid with kindness. So I guess I’m a bit of a romantic at heart.

I love long walks, talking and just being with the people I love and care about.
I'm too old for all that sporty stuff (though I’m no couch potato either). I love to go walking but not yomping over mountains. Life should not be wasted sitting in front of the TV or computer for that matter.

They say on this site that I should include my hobbies;

Arts and crafts, I paint, make models, do DIY, read a lot. I watch a lot of TV quizzes. I'm in to history, archaeology. I like documentaries and shows like Lost, Supernatural, etc and lots of comedy shows, Mock the Week, QI, etc.

I don't do rap music, football or soap operas.

What makes me unique? Not much, I think I'm pretty average.

My taste in music? From Pink to Pink Floyd. Via REM and Nine Inch Nails, Enigma etc. Love Scissor Sisters, David Gray and Texas. I like classical music too.

Who am I looking for? I’m not searching for a dream or a goddess. Just a decent, thoughtful woman with a warm heart. I’m happy to chat for a while and I’m also very open, so ask any thing you’d like to know about me.
