I have a 3 bedroom town house available for rent fully furnished to a high standard for the Ryder Cup 2010. The house is 1 year old and has a patio area in the garden with BBQ and garden funiture available. The house has Sky TV, broadband and has 3 lots of toilet facilities.
On the middle floor there is a large double bedroom with access to a family bathroom both from that room and the hallway. There is also a large study that a single bed could be placed in if required.
On the top floor there is a good sized room with twin single beds and a king-size bedroom with an en-suite.
The house is available for the duration of the Ryder Cup, deals can be negotiated for longer stays than 1 week.
