Woods Brasserie opened in the pilotage building in Cardiff Bay in 1999. All the food we serve is made fresh each day on our premises and most of it is sourced from locals farms, butchers and merchants.

We are looking for somebody who has great product knowledge and can deliver consistently great service to our customers. You also need to have excellent standards of presentation and be a great team player.
