Hello - I'm a 24 year old postgraduate, I'm hoping that there is high quality accomodation available out there at a discounted price for this period - I require somewhere quiet to complete my research (Satellite Communications). If anyone has accomodation to let cheaply to me for this period (for example if it is unlikely that it will be filled until after this period) I am most interested. I am an upstanding individual who would maintain the property to a very high standard.

In addition - I'd like to state that I am a qualified programmer/Web developer, and would definitely consider an arrangement of cheap rent over this period in return for professional services.
