We are a privately owned hotel which has been totally refurbished and re-opened for 9 months.

We require an individual, might be some one who is currently at Chef de Partie level and would like to learn and develop their career within a friendly, quality enviroment.

This role would suit someone that has flair and is passionate about food, and wants to work in a small privately owned hotel where you are a person not just a number.

The starting salary would be in the region of £17000 - £18000 with a bonus scheme.

Live in accommodation may be available.
