Sport & Active Leisure Vocational Coach – North Wales - £18,450 basic plus bonus and benefits – Full Training to gain your A1 NVQ Assessors award!

We are currently recruiting for an Active Leisure NVQ Coach in the Norh Wales area specifically around Llandudno for a national vocational learning provider.

The role does not require you to be qualified (yet!) as our client will put you through your A1 assessors qualification whilst you train others. The role consists of visiting learners in their place of work to coach, train and assess them so they can put together a portfolio of their work to gain an NVQ qualification which would then lead them into a career in active leisure or maybe a personal trainer or gym instructor.

The right person will be from a fitness background either as management, a team leader, gym instructor or personal trainer. It would also be beneficial if you have worked towards an NVQ yourself preferably within sports or the active leisure industry. The role also requires a driver and car owner as this role will not be based in one location, you will spend most of your time visiting learners in their places of work.

The package includes a basic salary of £18,450 to start plus bonuses, car mileage paid (company car after 18 months), 25 days holiday, pension and other benefits. Our client will also review the salary after probation and when you qualify.
