Looking for a like for like 3-bed swap
Looking for a similar swap - genuine reason for moving (not neighbours or area).
3 bed (2 large 1 med/small)
New kitchen 2007 (Sept)
New Bathroom 2007 (Summer)
Dining room
Lounge
Downstairs WC
2 sheds
Garage
Small garder (patio) but large grass playing areas in between houses
Pine doors through out
All decor modern with laminate, tiles and stairs on carpet (all pretty new)
We have spent a bit of money here so would prefer to swap with something in good condition, ideally new kitchens/bathroom too - or at least plans for rennovation agreed.
Areas looking for - Pontprenauu, Pengam, North and East Cardiff really or outskirts.
We are with Linc Cymru Housing Association.
