We need one more student to share our great house in Splott. All students currently attending UWIC. House has lounge, kitchen breakfast room, upstairs bathroom and shower. Sunny courtyard garden. Bills are not included but between 4 should not be much.( around £30 pppcm)
We are looking for a girl or boy who is easy going, hardworking but someone who also likes to socialise. The house is very well located (15mins from UWIC)and is well decorated.
