Large townhouse(new build) with 4 bedrooms in Canton/Riverside. We are currently looking for a 4th person.

The room is fully furnished and modern as is the rest of the house. It has a large walk in closet and the en-suite has a very good power shower, basin and toilet.

Rent is £470 a month, this includes water bills, council tax, electricity bills, cleaner, sky tv, and broadband. The house is very sociable, the landlord has another two houses in the street and all tennats are young and outgoing.

You will be sharing with 2 professional males and one girl, all in mid to late twenties. We are looking for male/female, who is considerate and quiet, with a very good sense of humour, tidy and clean and just generally easy to get on with.

The house is on 3 floors, kitchen, toilet, and utility on ground floor including a large garage and large garden for summer BBQ!. Then lounge and one bedroom on the first floor and the three other rooms on the top floor. Theres a driveway, plus plenty of parking in the street, which is safe as it's a culdesac.

I don't actually live in this house, I'm in one of my landlord's other houses in the street(he has 3, and he lives in this one at the minute). We're in Clos Dewi Sant, the new builds next to the hospital in Canton. It takes 10 minutes to walk into town(or less to roll back of an evening). Plus we also are 2 minutes from the resturants, pubs and shops of Canton.
