We are a very well established and expanding medium sized cafe business that specialises in selling our own home made products together with high quality locally sourced produce. Our emphasis is very much on quality. Due to expansion and stable growth, we are now looking to employ a Manager for our new Cardiff opening.

For us, the right candidate will have experience within the following areas of hospitality / cafe / restaurant management area.

Man management & training / recruitment of staff
Cost and Budget control
Food Safety
Health & Safety
Admin
Purchasing & Ordering
Marketing & Promotions

As well as having the above experience working as a Manager within a coffee shop / restaurant area, you will also need to have very good man management experience where you have run and been responsible a team of people. This includes rotas, training, discipline, recruitment, shift patterns, health & safety etc

We are offering a highly competitive starting salary of up to £25000 - £26000 first years earnings.
