Fantastic position within team of professionals.
We receive deliveries daily and work only with fresh produce.
Aplicant should be hardworking and dedicated with high levels of energy and good leadership qualities. NVQ's available for employees.
Job includes running kitchen for Head Chef's days off, working with a brigade of 10+. Gross profit control, ordering, stock counting and control.
Kitchen experience of 5 years a minimum requirement and qualifiactions would be preferable although not necessary.
