Hi

I am renting a large bright workshop with and another large storage room/ workshop next to it. I'm not using it much at the moment so im thinkng of renting one of the rooms out as storage or a workshop to someone and the other one im considering sharing with the right person.

The workshops have power and one has water. In the main worshop there is three phase and various benches.

The workshops are approximatly 10m x 10m with high ceilings mabe more.
