Based out of Newport we are looking for a ETL developer to take responsibility for developing the infrastructure to populate the relational and dimensional models with data from operational systems. You will design and build the ETL system and using SSIS technology to implement. You will provide guidance to the BI front end developers. You will demonstrate a strong awareness of development techniques and be an "expert" on the software engineering life cycle. To support this you will need to be knowledgeable in theory of Dimensional Modelling and the development of solutions using MS SQL2005 SSIS (Integration Services). Also require experience of administering MS SQL2005 database environments.
