The Blackweir Tavern is a bustling student orientated pub situated just a short walk from Cardiff University's prime student accommodation.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic assistant manager for this friendly management team.

Experience / Qualifications:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Assisting in the day to day running of the business including the following under the direction of the LHM

- Operational running of the business, leading from the front with a hands on approach to both the FOH and the Kitchen areas

- Fully trained on all SAB policies including cash and stock compliance, staff files, fire regulations.

- Complying to all licensing and legislation such as Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards

- Must be capable of running the business to its highest standard in the absence of the LHM during days off and relief periods

- Ideally will hold a Personal License or will be able to obtain one.

Ideally you will have experience within a student led venue or similar.
