The pub that you will be working in is a European/Gastro pub that has an extensive range of beers coming from around Europe. We also serve light snacks which will be ordered at the bar and then taken to the kitchen. The pub itself is situated in the heart of the city centre close to the University on Crwys Road.

I am actively trying to find an individual who has a basic knowledge of beers and understands what customer satisfaction is and how to provide it at a consistent and high standard.

I will expect all candidates for this role to be able to liaise confidently with customers and be able to attend to queries and any problems that they might have accordingly. Candidates must also have a good level of presentation and hygiene, understand how to keep a bar stocked properly and also how to serve drinks in the right manner.

Starting salary is just over minimum wage and tips are good. Shifts will operate on a rota system and you will be expected to work at least one weekend shift.
