My client is a South Wales local authority looking to appoint two locum Team managers for Children & Families field work teams.

Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality services and standards of professional practice and performance in relation to children in need, children at risk and children being looked after.

Profile
·Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet objectives, in a supportive way
·Ability to organise self and others in order to prioritise work and achieve targets
·Self motivated and able to work on own initiative
·Comprehensive understanding of, and ability to work within, the legislative and policy framework relating to children in need, children at risk and children being looked after
·Understanding of and commitment to the application of Health & Safety policies and procedures

These are full time locum roles paying to £32 per hour. The client is accepting CV's/interviews immediately with flexible start dates. Candidates should be CRB checked.
