Sharing with 3 young proffesionals (2 girls and 1 guy) in their early 20's.

The house is in a lovely quiet street next to Roath park/rec/library, less than a 5 minute walk from the shops (Wellfield Rd and Albany Rd) and a 15 minute walk from the city centre.

The house is a very friendly and layed back one, with a fantastic atmosphere, its important that who ever joins us fits in well. We enjoy nights in and out and are all very sociable.

The house comes fully furnished and so does the room with plenty of room to add your own things.

The house really must be seen to be appreciated !
