The living room is large & comfortable (21 x 11 ft) & has a Pool Table, Stereo, a TV with Freeview, DVD, Video and a computer that allows you to watch the internet on the TV - Great for i-player!
The spacious kitchen/diner (17 x 9 ft) has a table and chairs, and a washing machine, cooker, fridge-freezer etc.
The bathroom has a shower and bath.
Other facilities include wireless internet and a small but sunny garden.
All this for £60 per week, inclusive of all bills. That's a barjin... innit
The house is a lovely area just around the corner from Victoria Park and is within walking distance of the pubs, shops and restuarants on Cowbridge Road and Pontcanna. There are excellent bus links into town and plenty of free on-street parking.
We are two male professionals, who are laid back, but respectful and tidy. We lead busy independant lives, but enjoy sharing a house meal with a few bottles of wine occasionally.
You would be a professional who is looking for a short-term/part-time room. Male or female, we don't mind but you must be easy going and tidy. No nutters need apply.
