- I am currently in Glamorgan University and working fulltime until September I’m in my early 20's, female and from Cardiff.

- Flat is on the 3rd floor (top) so nice and quiet
- Excellent bus links to city centre (every 10-15mins) and very close to the A48/M4.

Payment will include;
- Newly decorated room
- Double bed and bedding
- Storage space (built in wardrobe, bed side tables and desk)
- Includes main bills (water, gas, elec, TV)
- Access to fully equipped kitchen(not food)
- Newly fitted bathroom to share with shower
- Separate WC
- Ample street parking available
- Double glazed
- Central Heating

The living area is large, large tv and a three piece leather suite. there is also a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and brand new bathroom suite with shower facilities and a separate WC.

Bus route goes to city centre via Albany road, Richmond Road, and the other way to the Asda superstore, B and Q, McDonalds etc.

I will require 2 weeks rent up front there after rent to be paid by standing order into my bank every Monday.

I am looking for someone to move as of 13/07/08 however, this may change to a little earlier.

For couple price is £85 per week.
