Ever wanted to learn traditional martial arts or just self defense techniques without hurting yourself.
No previous knowledge of martial arts required or restrictions on size or shape.
Tai Chi is a gentle, low impact moving meditation which will promote inner energy as well as improve circulation
Kung Fu combines traditional self defense techniques and methods without having to rely on brute strength
Every Saturday:
