The apartment is situated in a quiet & secure residence, only a few minutes walk from the main village square and has a bright and airy feel. The south facing terrace has spectacular views over the mountains and the village rooftops down the Sayalonga Valley. At the back of the apartment is a secluded courtyard with andalucian tiles and flowers. Here guests guests can escape from the heat of the day. The apartment is comfortably furnished and well equipped. The front door leads to a hallway with access to the bathroom (with washing machine), double/twin bedroom (depending on preference). There is a light and airy open plan living room/kitchen with appliances and breakfast bar. From the lounge there are French doors which lead out onto the balcony. The balcony is equipped with cane furniture and and is perfect for enjoying a drink and a bite to eat. There are lovely views from the terrace to the mountains, valley & over the village rooftops. This would be an ideal get away for couples, walking enthusiasts and families. The property is wheelchair inaccessible however we can reccomend suitable accessable proprties. Swimming pool nearby at hotel for use (small charge).

In the winter the apartment is well heated and provides a cosy bolt hole. Townhouses can be very cold and difficult to heat in the winter however this is not the case in this apartment***^^^
